Hi, I'm Jo and I would love you to share this beautiful little part of the world with you. This farm has been my home for 28 years and I've been lucky to have lived in the hinterland of Byron/Bangalow for all my life and raised my children here. I love to garden and travel. The cottages are my latest venture and I also run a successful wedding venue, having the pleasure of having many happy couples wed here. The cottages are located on a different driveway into the farm and about 350m away from the reception area, so completely private. There is a key safe for your arrival, but I am not far away if you want to chat.

Forget Me Not Farm Cottages is perfectly located in Byron Shire’s idyllic hinterland on a 100 acre working cattle farm, ten minutes from iconic Byron Bay with the region's stunning beaches, vibrant community markets and pristine National Parks. Only a few minutes drive from the boutique little town of Bangalow and not far from surrounding towns and eateries of some amazing restaurants of Newrybar and Lennox Head. 4 Country cottages inspired by workers cottages of the late 19th century. Feel instantly relaxed sitting on the large verandahs with great views overlooking the lake full of lilies and farmlands. Offering accommodation to couples & families. There is 'Poppy' the honeymoon suite oozing rustic charm, with king bed and fireplace. Cottages, Iris, Violet & Daisy are 2 bedroom, beautifully decorated with luxury and comfortable furnishings with Daisy having an added gas log fireplace & Cottage Violet being accessible accommodation, wheelchair and child friendly. All cottages have 3 metre high ceilings, air condition with fans throughout. There is full kitchens, separate bathroom and laundry, great lounge room space and verandahs with dining, seating area & barbeque.

Forget Me Not Cottages is located at Coopers Shoot, 10 minutes drive from Byron Bay with pristine beaches, great eating places and shopping, 4 minutes from Bangalow with great little shops and eateries. Visit surrounding villages, eat at some great food places like Doma Cafe Federal, Harvest Newrybar or Shelter at Lennox Head. There are bustling markets to visit in the surrounding towns, farmers markets for fresh produce, walks in national parks and visits to waterfalls. Local Gin Distillery and Brewing company visits. Some great winding roads for the motor bike enthusiasts. Visit the kangaroo's, reptiles or pat a rabbit at the local Macadamia castle. There are numerous community events, festivals and shows throughout the year. Feel instantly relaxed at Forget Me Not Farm Cottages, a tranquil spot overlooking the farm but still a close enough drive to all towns.
