Our room was very clean and everything in it was new, In fact, few rooms were recently renovated and our room was one of the new ones. There are some reviews here on booking.com mentioning that the size of the showers was too small but our shower was good.

Our room was modern, clean and the owner/operators were friendly and inviting. The room was serviced and everything was replenished. Espresso coffee (plunger or pod) was provided in the family room much needed for travelling mums and dads with young kids.

The owners were absolutely lovely. The rooms were very tidy and clean and looked freshly renovated. Beds were extremely comfy and water, tea, coffee and milk always refreshed. Lovely comfortable stay with the family.

Location is only a short drive from the center of Dubbo and can easily be walked. There is a large park across the road and a number of service stations and food outlets near by. Is located on a main thoroughfare but most rooms are set back from the road so noise is limited.

Our room was comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed, the kitchenette was very good. We spent 2 nights and were very happy. We requested a quiet room, and heard no traffic noise. We enjoyed our 2 days in Dubbo, and would recommend the Tanoshi Japanese restaurant in town, Tralbragar St, about 5 mins drive away. One of the best I have found anywhere, and affordable. Elston Park opposite the motel is a delightful place for a stroll. Management were friendly and helpful.
