Three bedroom house in court location with childrens playground and parklands a minute away and off street parking behind gates. Central Geelong, Eastern Beach and Geelong restaurants 10-12 minutes drive. 25 minutes from local Bellarine wineries, the Whiskery with Flying Brick Cidery 15 minute drive. Short drive to GMHBA Stadium just 5.5km away. Bellarine Rail Trail nearby for cyclists or those who enjoy a good walk.
Married with 3 adult children Available by text message 9am - 6pm
Close to parklands, childrens playground and local bus stop. 10 minutes drive to central Geelong and 5 minutes to shopping centres. Enjoy the Bellarine wine region just 25 minutes minutes away. Queen bed in master bedroom and singles to 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Pets are welcome with an additional charge for cleaning - please advise if bringing a pet.
