CanadaLocation is great. Lots of food options and close to the harbor for day trips to great barrier reef. Staff is really nice. Laundry is easy to use. Shower pressure is good. AC worked well.

United States of AmericaAwesome hostel in a perfect location right across the street from the Cairns Esplanade Lagoon. Short walk (5 min) to the ferry terminal where Great Barrier Reef cruises depart. Right next to the Night Markets. Great WiFi and there is a beautiful patio on the 4th floor with a great view. There is also a common lounge and large kitchen. Rooms and bathrooms were nice, shower was great.

The renovations that were done in 2019 and the millions spent were thoughtfully and tastefully done! The location is the best in Cairns! We had a classic double with private bath that was very comfortable. The kitchen and large communal fridge was incredible. The front desk staff are top drawer... professional, cheerful and great!!
