The Communication from Brian all throughout booking, and on our arrival was so helpful. He anticipates things that are useful to know, and facilities that would be useful to access. His availability was not expected, but really helpful to us as we got used to the property. A standout is the pool and spa area. Very relaxing and always such a clean pool to dive into at the end of a day's exploring with the family. We loved it, and this location on the Broadwater is convenient for trips to Surfer's, Southport or to the themeparks.

Hi, I have Apartments in the Grand Apartments with Complete water views from 9th floor and Hinterland views from 4th Floor Phone on arrival for keys and a tour of the resort. Fishing? If you have a boat the boat ramp is right outside. The childrens lagoon is great for the kids and Charis Seafood Wow best anywhere. Harley Park is across the road on the water where there is free BBQ's
