Ground floor - modern fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area. Lovely French doors from the lounge area open onto the rear courtyard. The single car garage conveniently has direct internal access to the courtyard and living areas and is suitable for a medium sized car. Laundry and separate toilet are also located on this level. First level - 2 bedrooms both have Queen beds and are serviced by the main bathroom which features a bath, shower and toilet. French doors open from both bedrooms onto small private balconies. An added bonus on the first floor is the convenience of the second living area which features a large leather lounge plus chaise and TV. Top level - The 3rd and 4th bedroom both have a double beds.
