We are a family of five from Melbourne (Australia) who love spending time in the amazing year round weather and relaxing atmosphere of the Sunshine Coast. When we aren't working or at school, we love to travel, expand our horizons and immerse ourselves in local culture. We provide short term accomodation in our holiday house and it is important to us that our guests treat our home as they would their own. The people on our street are friendly and the neighbours are lovely. This is a very quiet and peaceful area, where neighbours are laid back and very community minded. We ask that you please respect our neighbours, be considerate with noise and treat our house with care. No pets or loud parties. Guests will have access to the entire house including double lock up garage, with the exception of one locked cupboard in the garage and one locked shed in the rear yard. All beach toys and other equipment may be enjoyed by guests during their stay. As they are family possessions, we just ask that you treat them with care. We want our guests to enjoy our holiday house as much as we do, and immerse themselves in every aspect that the Sunshine Coat has to offer.
