Seclusion after the day tourists left. The wildlife. The accommodation felt like a tree house. The proximity to the reef.

Stunning location. Breakfast and evening meals were lovely. Our room and ensuite was very spacious as was the balcony. Room was clean and beds were very comfy. Loved the tranquility. Staff were amazing. So friendly and any requests were not a problem.

It was great. Staff great, food great, facilities great, Crocodile show unbelievably great, really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was great. Several options made it easy. Barrista coffee spot-on. Loved all of the friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my stay and received a room upgrade which was unexpected and fantastic. Both meals - dinner (not included) and breakfast (included) were excellent.

Special thanks to Shelly and Trev for being so helpful and looking after us, even when the hot water gave up on us. We had a lovely time! We will sincerely miss Marina's awesome attitude and exceptional service. Her smile and laughter set the tone for our stay and will be dearly missed. Lastly thank you for the Emerald restaurant chefs for truly delicious food, the Texas Slow cooked Prime was out of the world!

Room was fantastic, clean and close to the pool. Loved the snorkeling and glass bottom boat. Breakfast was amazing and so was dinner. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We loved the room, staff and included amenities. Location and limits people in the events was amazing. Nature and tours were all fabulous.

The customer service was friendly and helpful. It was so relaxing and staff were awesome. They were so helpful and willing to go that little extra mile for us. The facilities because of COVID not much were available but appreciated the views and just relax.

Amazing customer service from everyone. Always had a smile. Rooms where spotless and beds where comfortable. So many activities too do. And do a good espresso martini
