Location location location..Beachmere a bit out of the way but just how we liked it…lots of beach walks. 🚶‍♀️ Throws when a bit cold. 🥶 Complimentary bubbles 🥂 Plenty of room. Verandah both sides to chase the sun. Comfy beds. Nice and private. Quiet. Great pub for a meal and a little cafe (Silver Spoons) in town where we had a 5 course degustation which was yummy..great find. Not far to drive to sunny coast or Brisbane for day trip. I usually wouldn’t spend anywhere near the amount for a stay but I’m glad I did.

Angelena then joined the business and is now the senior Holiday Let Manager and Sales Consultant. Tracey is our friendly administration assistant. Gaye is our Residential Property Manager. Premium Realty is a committed team that prides ourselves on achieving the highest occupancy rates and returns for our Holiday Lets. The Team at Premium Realty has a reputation for a high level of quality, personal service along with excellent income returns for owners. The Premium Realty team live on Bribie Island and the local area. This gives our guests and owners peace of mind if assistance is required. We are true locals when it comes to the Bribie Island region and can help guests with anything they need to know about Bribie Island and the surrounding district. WE LOVE WHERE WE LIVE! Happy Tides is the most stunning, executive style, beachfront home on the golden mile of Beachmere! Completely renovated with magnificent sea views and gorgeous white sand. Where the grass ends the sand begins. What more could you ask for!? Step out onto the deck, relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Spectacular never-ending sea views from all bedrooms and living areas. The vacation home boasts 3 generous sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are downstairs, each with quality queen sized beds. The bedrooms both open up onto the beachfront. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a brand new ensuite! The bedroom opens up onto the balcony, looking straight out onto the beachfront. All linen will be provided for your stay and 1 towel provided per person will be available. You will also be provided with a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash for your stay. Sit down and enjoy a meal at the dining table with breathtaking views of the ocean. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water is all provided. Guests please note - We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.
