Simple but comfortable and well appointed room. The owners are really friendly. It is very close to the city center and walking distance to the shops. Perfect for a night or two. This was our second time staying in this motel on our way to Heron Island. We certainly recommend it.

The location is excellent for access to Gladstone city central. It is an easy uphill walk. The Owner/Manager was very helpful and friendly.

This is a great motel in a very good location. A 10-minute walk will get you to pub bistros, bottle shops and the Gladstone Yacht Club which serves great meals in a terrific location. Reception advised us of this and made some recommendations. Very helpful. As this was my first trip away with a new Tesla 3, I also needed to charge it. And outside our room were 2 Tesla chargers (I believe they will fit other EVs as well). So while I slept off a great meal and a couple of cold beers after a day of travel, the car was topped up to around 500km of charge by the morning ready for that day's travelling. The chargers are FREE to use. Perhaps notify the motel in advance if you intend to charge so they can allocate your room with the parking bay near the charger.
