Welcome to Hartzell One Seven, a new luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom chalet ideally situated in the beautiful Wilyabrup wine region between Dunsborough and Margaret River. This eco-friendly single-storey chalet is located at the rear of a working vineyard on a 52 acre property adjacent to scenic Caves Road. It boasts 3 large bedrooms each with ensuite, two queen bedrooms and another with two singles sleeping up to 6 people. There is an open plan kitchen and living area with wide glass frontage opening onto covered decks with additional seating and BBQ. There are remarkable views over the dams and surrounding bushland. Quality furnishings and thermally efficient materials used in the construction of the chalet ensure that guests will enjoy a luxurious and comfortable stay. The close proximity to some of the regions natural features like Indijup beach, the spectacular Wilyabrup cliffs, Quinninup falls, limestone caves, and easy access to the Cape to Cape Walking Track makes the location of the property ideally suited to those who want to enjoy some outdoor activity. Or visitors can just relax and savour the wines and gourmet delights of the region.
