Hi all our rooms can be accessed without the use of stairs. The rooms on the same level as reception are flat level walking. The lower level rooms can be accessed through the underground car park without the use of stairs as well.

HI, We do have a couple of places to park your boat, so long as it is not blocking other guests vehicles. Ask at reception upon check in for the best parking for you.

Hi There, We are pet friendly up to a limit of 2 at the property at a time. We also hold a bond which we will return on departure after inspecting the room, and will only take smaller breeds of dogs. Love The Hillcrest Team x

Hi, there is no extra charge for bedding however all our accommodation for families are joining rooms, they do have an internal door so access is easy between rooms. It sounds like the family room would suit your needs best.

Yes!! We are reopening from the 23rd December with 6 beautifully renovated rooms and 23 soft refurbished rooms! We hope to see you end of Dec - get in fast, we have limited availability already!

Hi, When you mention kids how many?? There would only be enough room in the Apartment for a cot. We could not fit a Rollaway bed in the bedroom. So for 1 extra child it would be ok providing they are young enough to sleep in the cot as you stated.

We do have designated rooms which allow pets (the friendly kind) however, a $50 deep clean surcharge applies.
