Warm, inviting, and spacious, this wholly restored Californian Bungalow bears many endearing hallmarks of the style with a versatility to provide accommodation for a wide selection of guests. Bedroom 1 – King pillow top, Bedroom 2 – Queen pillow top, Bedroom 3 - 2 King singles, Bedroom 4 - 1 bunk single and 1 single bed, Living Area - 1 double innerspring sofa bed. Linen supplied. The entire house is available. If you require 2 bedrooms please book for min 3 guests as it is assumed 2 guests per bedroom. Contact for long term discounts (more than 7 days). Bath – Lined with subway tiles in chic black and white hues, it has a free-standing bath, shower, and vanity. External WC with an indoor separate WC & Shower Room, towels and consumables supplied. Cooking – The large kitchen/living area is filled with natural light through big windows to the front gardens. The kitchen is equipped with gas cooking, a wide breakfast bar, dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Microwave, and more. Entertainment - FREE Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, and Blu-ray player Comfort - Ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout. Pets by request secured rear yard, a fee may be charged.
