Staff were helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and functional. We booked there for the proximity to the Tweed Hospital and it made my sons surgery and stay so much easier. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us for an extra night as his stay in hospital was extended. Have recommended it to staff at the hospital to include in their hospital directory.
