Boutique Apartments Beach Location are your home away from home in North Queensland. These fully furnished, stocked, premier apartments with balconies or courtyards are situated in an amazing location only a minutes walk to the beach front, The Strand, restaurants/cafes, a free waterpark, a gym, the newly Tobruk Pool (An Olympic twelve million dollar refurbished), a Coles supermarket, parklands, the Breakwater Marina and Magnetic Island ferry terminal. The CBD, free art gallery, museum, reef wonderland, entertainment strip, Castle Hill, the Entertainment Centre and casino are just a ten minute walk, and the Cowboys Stadium is only a 25 minute walk. These boutique apartments are in a near new complex. Each have private, walk up entries (no foyer), and are very private and personal. They include two bedrooms (each with an extra long queen sized bed), unlimited free and fast Wi-Fi, balconies, kitchens, laundries, air conditioning and all you would expect from these individually styled, superior apartments in this stunning beach side neighborhood. The parrots in the mornings are amazing and there is nearly always a lovely sea breeze to be had. This is considered to be a safe area
We are a well travelled couple living both in Townsville on The Strand, and at our home in Horseshoe Bay on Magnetic Island. We have extensive local knowledge regarding many parts of Australia and overseas, and are both hospitality trained. Please ask us if you require any further information as we are only too happy to assist in any way we can. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Direct Deposit. Reviews: “It was an absolute pleasure staying here! Steve was very helpful and welcoming, always in communication to make sure there were no problems. The apartment was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well serviced. And ... location location location!! Ten out of ten, and would definitely stay here again.” “Steve and Arne are the most incredibly generous hosts. He was there to greet us when we arrived (having talked us through the how to drive there from the airport), and then called us again when we were settling in to make sure we had everything we needed. We did! Everything you need is there - every time we said “I wonder if there’s scissors, a pen ...?” whatever, it was there! As well Steve had added some extra wonderful touches like chocolates and wine.
A night walk on the beach or along The Strand cannot be beaten. Free BBQs are available on The Strand. The apartments are also soundproofed and include undercover parking. Ideal for business and leisure traveler's who are looking for position, position, position, with all the comforts of home. Short and long term stays are most welcome.
