PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet neighbourhood and the perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy. Quiet Hours are between: 10PM and 8AM. So please respect and follow the house rules: No loud noise, No parties, No pets and strictly No smoking inside the property. IMPORTANT: No children under the age of 18 are allowed on the premises. The Cottages are apart of Otway Winery Estate where alcohol is served. PENALTIES: If any of the house rules are broken, there will be a additional penalty charges issued.

Neighbourhood information

Otway Estate Winery also boasts a Cafe/Bar that is open from 5.00pm which serves Wood Fired Pizza's, their own famous Craft Beer - Prickly Moses and Wines produced from their own Vineyards. Friday - Sunday there is also Live Music to enjoy. There are many things to do and see in the area including water activities at Lake Colac (which is the largest fresh water lake in Victoria), Melba Gully - which is a dense rainforest within the Otways and has a well marked 35 minute walking track, Otway Fly Tree Top Adventures is an awesome tree top walking track that is bound to get the adrenalin going and so much more. There is no Public Transport in Barongarook West, however there is Colac Taxi's available to take you into Colac where you can catch the V-Line train to Geelong, then Melbourne.
