The very spacious Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a large walk-in robe and an ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms boast of 2 comfortable queen sized beds in each room, bedside tables with wireless chargers/charging ports/3 level mood lights (all in one). Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. These include; a modern oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, electric fryer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, wine glasses, crockery, plates, cups and cutlery etc. Living areas: There is a 6 sitter dining table, comfy upholstery lounge seats and a new smart TV. Laundry: There is a provision of a washing detergent, washing machine/dryer and an outside clothesline. An iron and ironing board are also available. Guests will be provided with fresh winter/summer linen, towels etc The ducted heating and cooling system is available for your comfort.

Enjoy this modern, centrally located and peaceful home, whether with your friends or with your family. The property is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with a lockable side gate. The house is conveniently located, only 3 minutes drive to Belconnen shopping Mall, 5 minutes to Hawker shops and 15 minutes drive to the Canberra City Centre.
