Family owned since 2002 we take pride in providing comfortable, affordable accommodation for the budget conscious traveller. We believe in old fashioned hospitality which is often hard to find in the bustle of the Gold Coast. We are a small friendly team who love what we do and like nothing better than to see our guests relaxed and enjoying their stay. Our onsite manager is always there to help make your stay as stress free as possible. Centrally located in Labrador, our guests enjoy easy access to the North and South Gold Coast and hinterland areas. Everything the Gold Coast has to offer is at your fingertips and we are happy to book your tickets for any of the major attractions. So if you’re looking for a break at the Gold Coast, travelling for work, coming to an event , visiting family and friends or relocating look no further than the Jadran. From Studio Motel Suites to Self Contained | Self Catering Holiday Let 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. Our guests enjoy great service in clean, comfortable surrounds. Our grounds include a BBQ area and in-ground pool – perfect for those hot summer days. We are Pet Friendly, so you can bring the whole family along. Fees Apply: Maximum of 2 pets in any given Motel Room / Apartment (Dogs/Cats/Birds Only) - Notification at the time of booking is required if you are travelling with a pet. Along with the type | breed | Size of pet. Failure to notify us if you are traving with a pet, may result in you not being able to check in. All units are smoke free and guests enjoy facilities such as well-equipped kitchenettes | Kitchens (in our one and two bedroom apartments), reverse cycle air conditioning, and TV. Our Twin Studio Motel Rooms do not have cooking facilities: They do have a microware, cutlery & crockery. Please check the room type facilities prior to booking to ensure the room/apartment has all of your accommodation requirements, We are a three story walk up and upper apartments are accessible via stairs: Please check with us to ensure you are booking the correct room type if you have accessibility concerns. Close to some of the Golds Coast premier attractions, the Jadran Mote & El Jays Holiday Lodgel is only a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Broadwater. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the water’s edge you can even take your dog. Children’s playgrounds, restaurants and take away food outlets are all within walking distance. We are also close to the Gold Coast Hospital and Griffith University precincts and only 10 minutes from Habour Town. Only a 15-minute drive to four major theme parks (Dreamworld, Movie World, Wet n Wild, and Sea World), Jupiter’s Casino and to the Gold Coast Convention Centre.
