This property is an older style bungalow, with hardwood floors throughout. It is spacious with plenty of space to find your own little area to relax. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, large bright windows and a either a queen size bed or double bed. The front lounge has a wood burning fireplace and the back lounge has air-conditioning, and a large TV, both rooms are bright but private and both have ceiling fans. The dinning area seats eight people and the adjoining kitchen is equipped with two large fridges, microwave, cooker, oven, grill, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has been renovated and features a bath and a shower. The second bathroom/laundry has a toilet, vanity and shower along with the washing and dryer. The large outdoor undercover deck seats eight and features a BBQ. In the back yard there is a swing and a large mango tree, that produces mangoes in January and February each year. There is a sleep-out suite which once used to be a garage, this is occupied by a single tenant. The use the back yard is a shared space with that tenant.
I used to work in the tourism sector and have done for most of my life, and I have recently retired. So if you are looking for suggestions as to what to see or do - I can certainly help. I have many hobbies and throughout the house you may notice that the watercolour paintings have been painted by myself, they are all for sale if you would like to take one home. I currently run an art school where I teach people how to paint in watercolours. I offer a three hour 'one on one' experience for anyone interested in learning, no experience is necessary and I supply all the materials you will need to complete a little masterpiece of your very own. If this is an interest you may have, let me know and I will give you the price and will make some time that suits us both.
Our neighborhood is on a quiet street not far from the CBD of Coffs Harbour. I live on the same street as does my co-host. Michelle looks after this property when I am away. She is very helpful and will do her best to help in any way she can.
