We were seeking an accommodation that would sleep 4 people in separate beds. Rare! This apartment was spacious, comfortable and well located. The facilities meant we could eat in or out and the price was right.

We needed to park our second car on the street outside the apartment block and this was free on the weekend.

Premium, sunny and large two bedroom, two bathroom and two balcony apartment, one level and elevator-accessed, located in the Salamanca Mews residential complex located between Salamanca Place and St David’s Park in the Hobart waterfront district on Sullivan's Cove in Battery Point.

If you require a comfortable apartment the size of a house, with a full kitchen and your own laundry and one secure car spot – a stones throw (350 feet) from Salamanca Place and the fantastic Salamanca Market then this is it. Ferry to MONA is a 1,150 feet walk. We can configure the beds to your needs. Kings can be converted to singles + there is one roll away bed available on demand. Cot and high chair on request. Enjoy your stay.

What makes us different? Stay in one of the best located residential apartments in Hobart, only 100 metres away from Salamanca Place and the Salamanca Market. Think of a sunny corner apartment the size of a house right near the docks and restaurants of Hobart with secure underground parking beneath. The map tells all - check out the location. Relax in the comfort of a well appointed, homely and large executive two bedroom apartment. lift-accessed, located in the Salamanca Mews residential complex situated between Salamanca Place and St David’s Park in the Hobart waterfront district on Sullivans Cove. All the comforts of home, with a full kitchen ready to cook up a storm but why bother with the best restaurants a short walk away. Plus your own laundry within your own apartment. Apartment is all on one level.
Jenatt Apartments Salamanca are owned and operated by Cheryl and Kim who decided to have a mid life crisis together and turn an idle holiday conversation into a reality. So rolling up their sleeves they put a plan into action so that they could change from being employed to being self employed. 10 years later still at it. Cheryl and Kim hope their guests enjoy the stay at Jenatt Apartments Salamanca- which they have deliberately made comfortable rather than cutting edge modern and clinical.
Whilst not living in Salamanca - we spend a lot of time at the apartment and at the Salamanca Wool Shop, being our two businesses. We love the community feel of the place, the vibrancy that the bars and cafe's bring to the area and the closeness to the harbour and CBD. Most of the things that you want are a short walk, so a car is not always necessary. The early morning walks around Battery Point are a mix of flat and hills and all the time amongst the beautiful buildings that make up Battery Point and in the background is the Derwent River, not always visible but you know it is there.
