Jervis Bay Waters Edge Retreat with deep water access is situated on Currumbene Creek in Woollamia and is less than 5 a minutes drive to Huskisson, the property is situated in a tranquil and peaceful setting with lovely gardens and lush green lawns. The property is all new inside with a modern kitchen with stone bench top and modern appliances and two ovens. The bathrooms are all modern and new, and one special feature of the ensuite is the BATHTUB, it has a large window overlooking the whole yard and the lovely view of the water, and the greenery and you get the feel you are immersed in nature and you may at times even see a duck or two in the water. The house has a large timber deck from the kitchen and is ideal for entertaining and sitting back enjoying the greenery, or the waters edge and at times you may even get a visits from the local kangaroos. If you do however enjoy water sport activities then it is all on your doorstep, you can go fishing, crabbing etc from the back yard, or even go canoeing, just to name a few. Also If you enjoy boating you can access the Woollamia boat ramp which is just 2 minutes away, giving you access to the Bay and the ocean. The house is also situated in a great location to visit the local breweries that are really popular in Woollamia or 2 minute drive from the property. Jervis Bay though is renown for it's beautiful crystal clear waters, great beaches and rocky coastline, and visiting Booderee National Park is a must with it extraordinary native wildlife and expansive botanic gardens. You can do as much as you like or you can just sit back and enjoy the property and recharge your mind, body or soul. The property also has a GRANNY FLAT that is attached on the side of the house and this can be booked separately to cater for additional guests if required. It is Emina's Granny Flat. It has its own entrance and own private balcony and NO access to the back or the yard. Low season is 1 May to 31 August for free 1pm late check out
Peaceful location set in a natural setting and only a short way to Huskisson There is natural wildlife in the area and you get visitors in the backyard including Kangaroos, birds and ducks. Property backs on to Currumbene Creek and waterway. Has qualities of a rural property including a fire pit, but only a few minutes to Huskisson.
