Welcome to Kennedy Cottage on Kennedy Street. Behind the picket fence is a freshly renovated Victorian cottage located in a great central location within walking distance from the CBD, Coles supermarket, Bendigo Tennis Centre and local swimming pool. Across the road is the Elmore Bakery, Mitre 10 and bus stop. Take short 5 min walk to Lake Weroona and enjoy the cafes and restaurants. The house sleeps a max of 7 people which includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and functional clean modern kitchen and living room. The house is fully equipped with a brand new ducted heating, split system and ceiling fans making it a comfortable environment. Polished timber flooring, high ceiling, European-style laundry with washer and dryer, 2 x outdoor areas with seating and gas BBQ. Off-street and on-street parking available, WIFI and smart TV. The brand new modern kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, crockery and all new appliances to cater for those wanting to cook up for the whole family.
Hi I'm Isaac, Ive been renovating this ran down victorian cottage for the past 12 months and now really happy with how it has come up. Its a great feeling to be able to share this fully renovated property with the public and provide the best experience possible for my guests at this short term accomodation.
