Ticked all boxes for location and comfort. We all had a wonderful time together as a family with the board games supplied.

The 2-bedroom villa our family (2 adults + 2 adult kids) stayed in for 4 nights could not have been cleaner, more private or more perfectly located. All the amenities were in virtually gleaming & brand new condition. Comfort & location could not have been better with only a casual walk into town. The BBQ (which we used 2 evenings) & firepit (which we didn't use unfortunately) along with the spa bath for the end of day relaxation after hiking the beautiful mountains were all incredibly appreciated. We highly recommend Kiramli to others but even more so we look forward to our next stay, thank you Denise!

Our Villa was warm, cosy, clean & spacious. We loved the location and the kids loved all the kangaroos & kookaburras. While enjoying our Autumn getaway when the weather is cooler, we loved the outdoor fire pit, indoor fire, spa bath and the electric blankets to keep us warm. Check in & Check out was effortless. We would definitely recommend Kiramli Villas for couples or families.

A nice location. And all of the essential amenities were available; esp very clean bed sheets and pillows. Everyone enjoyed the spa esp kids. And the staff(no onsite staff) was very friendly and welcoming(we arrived bit early and they allowed an early check-in)

It has everything that we need and it's clean, lots of plates, bowls, pans, pots, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Kangaroos are rooming around. Excellent home.

We had a great time staying at Kiramli Villas. The instructions given was very clear and the place is amazingly clean and well equipped. The location is within walking distance to the shops. During the stay, we have kangaroos roaming freely near the villa. Will stay there again.

The appearance and feel of the Villas was perfect. very clean and everything we needed for our family getaway. space for the kids to play, lots of wildlife, fireplace, just perfect family holiday accommodation. will definitely stay here again.

  • Hi we are looking to come stay in October for 3 nights. 3 ladies in the group, all have arthritis, so can't climb bunks. Which villa do you suggest?
    I would suggest the cottage. 2 QS beds and then a double bunk but no need to climb the ladder as can sleep on the bottom bunk. 4 steps up to unit and then all on one level.

We have 3 self contained units , close to each other so families can enjoy time together but far enough away for privacy. Villa 1 and The cottage are family friendly whereas Villa 2 (2 Storey) is set up for couples. It has a staircase and balcony which doesn't lend itself to small children.
My husband and myself have been in this industry for 16+ years and enjoy hosting guests to what we believe is a beautiful part of Victoria.
Halls Gap is a great place for families. The local zoo is exceptional, local mountain walks are do-able for children of any ages. In summer the local swimming pool is a great place to cool off and only a short walk from the villas. We are next to a sports oval and you can sit on the balcony and see the children playing on the oval. Kangaroos come right to our door and the birds regularly perch on the balcony railing. Shops are a 5 minute walk-supermarket, cafe ,bakery,pharmacy,gift shops,restaurants. There is no need to get the car out. Warren Rd ends at the oval so it is very safe with no through traffic and a very quiet street.
