Guests at Kooyar Mia can sit out on their private terrace and enjoy sweeping views of the frog filled dams and surrounding trees, which are filled with birds. This spacious, open plan bungalow is nestled between dams and vineyards including Duckstein Brewery At Saracen Estates, just 6 minutes’ walk away and Black Brewing Co a drive away. You can have a shower or a bath in one of the modern bathrooms and then relax on the red leather sofas in the living area. Kooyar Mia 3-bedroom country house also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.

Kooyar Mia "the chalet with the frog", is a unique, single storey semi rural 3x3 bungalow nestled between spectacular dams and vineyards on the picturesque Caves Road. It is located a short walk from the Duckstein Brewery and Laurance and Knee Deep Wineries. Twenty minutes from Dunsborough,Yallingup and Margaret River in the beautiful Wilyabrup wine region. The dwelling is an ecofriendly, thermally efficient nature escape with sweeping views to frog filled dams and bird laden treescapes. The spacious open plan North/East facing living, dining and kitchen areas open onto a large covered verandah with BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. The bungalow has 3 bedrooms all with their own ensuites. There are two queen beds and a third bedroom with two singles, sleeping up to 6 guests. Kooyar Mia is a stargazers paradise boasting pristine skies. Enjoy this tranquil slice of nature and reconnect. It provides a great escape for mind, body and soul.
