Loved staying at our Kooyong apartment. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable, and they provided everything you would want and need. Easy check in and check out process. Staff are helpful and will give you a map when checking in. Parked our hire car on the street without issues. There is a bus stop almost out the front. Short stroll to the stunning Alma beach. Pool was great. Would've loved to use the BBQ but didn't get the chance. Don't be alarmed by the loud wailing you will hear at night, it's only the call of the very amusing local bush-stone curlews! Really hope to visit again!

The recently renovated iconic Kooyong Units have been transformed! This 2 bedroom apartment is fully self contained, air-conditioned and has free WiFi. The pool and BBQ area has also been renovated now providing a fantastic area for families and friends to enjoy. Kooyong Holiday Units are nestled amidst a tropical garden setting in Arcadia. There are 8 units with 1 or 2 bedroom options and located only 100 metres from Alma Bay Beach. Kooyong unit 8 is located up 1 flight of stairs and features 2 bedrooms and is shaded by the raintrees on Hayles Avenue. The main bedroom features a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom features 2 single beds. The unit is fully self contained, air conditioned and features free WiFi. Kooyong Holiday Apartments are strolling distance to the local newsagent, Arcadia store, Hotel Arcadia and the beautiful Alma Bay, a family beach with playground, BBQs and shade! Bremner Point is within walking distance where our friendly rock wallabies are happy to pose for a photo.
