Located in deal Marrowbone Road Pokolbin location close to the vineyards and Cessnock CBD. The perfect location for a couples or family getaway, girls weekend or golfers base.This property blends the best of a country getaway with close proximity to the vineyards. This comfortable Cottage is perfectly located to get the most out of your time in Hunter Valley wine country. Just minutes drive time from the Cessnock CBD, the Hunter Valley Zoo, Pokolbin and Mount View vineyards and cellar doors. The Cottage has access from every bedroom to a verandah. Both West facing rooms looks directly over the McWilliams Mount Pleasant Vineyard and Mountain landscape with relaxing seating to admire the view. There is another lovely outdoor area on the East (front) of the Cottage that leads out to a private garden. MAIN FEATURES: * 1 x self contained 3 Queen bedroom house * set on 50 acres * Linen is provided * 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite to main) * Ceiling fans + A/C to living areas * Wood fire * Approx 10 mins drive from Hunter Valley Gardens. * A short walk to pick up a shuttle to and from concert events. * New appliances in kitchen and new bathrooms and beds. * Multiple Outdoor Seating areas Weekenda will require you to sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for ID (drivers license or passport), list your guests with contact phone or email for Government Covid reporting, and to re-accept the Weekenda T&C's. Access Codes are only released to registered guests. Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021. We look forward to having you stay with us.
