AustraliaWhile this chalet is located about 4 km outside of Port Campbell, it is situated next to the home of the host, Andra on a farm which provides a very peaceful and relaxing environment. The chalet is very modern, spacious and comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to do some cooking. We enjoyed sitting on the patio drinking a glass of wine while listening to the farm animals which are nearby.
CanadaBy far one of the best places we’ve stayed on our trip around Australia/NewZealand and in a superb location. Port Fairy also great for pizza and morning coffee/cake, (we stopped at Rebecca’s twice!)

Host Info
Langleys is a rural lifestyle property only 5 minutes drive to the beach, shops and restaurants of Port Campbell. Surrounded by working farmland, Langleys Guesthouse offers a spacious, bright, clean studio, with queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette (microwave, kettle, toaster), lounge, wifi and small continental breakfast (tea, instant coffee, cereal, bread and toast toppings, juice, milk). It’s an ideal place to get away from the crowds and relax after exploring the attractions of the Great Ocean Rd including the Twelve Apostles. Feel like you are on the beach of nearby Gibson Steps when you step into the spacious shower and gaze at the amazing wall size print. Spot the chickens and ducks as they free range throughout the day and pat the cows as they come to say hello over the fence. USB charging points are located by the queen size bed.
Langleys is our family home/property that we are pleased to share with you. It is not a hotel and there are no staff. Communication prior to your stay is via booking dot com messaging. Please ensure you check your account/email for important information prior to your stay. The guesthouse is separate from the main house where we live and we respect your privacy once you've retired to the guesthouse. As we go about our daily activities around the property we will stop and say hello if our paths cross. Depending on our movements and yours during your stay we may not necessarily meet. We are available via booking dot com messaging and phone. Self check in details are provided upon booking.
Langleys is close to all the local attractions. The world famous Twelve Apostles are 12 kilometres away. Also nearby are Gibson Steps, Loch Ard Gorge, London Bridge, The Grotto and Bay of Martyrs. Locals and visitors enjoy the seaside town of Port Campbell including the sheltered beach, fishing from the pier, the coastal walks, shops and restaurants. 5 minutes away is the coastal town of Peterborough with riverside swimming and coastal golf course. A 15 minute drive takes you to Timboon with cafes, shops, the Timboon Distillery, Timboon Ice Creamery and strawberry farm. Join the locals on Saturday mornings for the Timboon Parkrun on the Rail Trail. Drive the 12 Apostles Gourmet Food Trail and sample locally made cheese, whisky, beer, ice cream, chocolate, strawberries and fudge.
