Locatedon the ground level theunit is only a very short stroll tothe heart of Kings Beach.The complex offers a sparkling pool for your enjoyment. No Stairs to climb, the front door opens onto a verandah and grassy area, a great space to let the children play. With 2 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, the bedding configuration being a Queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 singles in the second bedroom. Ceiling fans have been installed in both bedrooms. The lounge room is fully furnished with colour TV, DVD player and comfortable furnishings for all to relax. With a fully self contained kitchen and laundry this unit is complete. The location of this unit gives you access to public transport via the local bus service,is within walking distance to an array of restaurants, cafes and shops. And how can we forget the close proximity to the famous Kings Beach SLSC This property comes supplied with pillows & blankets.  Linen (sheets, towels, pillowcases, Tea towels, bath mats and face washers) is not included in the price.  Guests can hire a pack from us from This will be delivered to the property on the day of arrival.
