The location of Loka Santi is fantastic being a few steps to the beach. It is in a quiet location yet only a nice walk along the beach and you are near cafe areas. Its also close to the marina as we took the boat and did lots of fishing. There was an area we could park the boat. The staff were lovely and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.

Huge very well appointed apartments, just a short walk from the beach. Very quiet, large outdoor balcony with bbq. Really nice place to stay. Having a lift from the underground carpark was a bonus.

The apartment is well stocked with all the requirements for a laid back few days. There was a bottle of shiraz waiting for when we arrived. Nice touch - although a little note to say hello and here's the wine to enjoy would have made it even better! The coffee machine is not Nespresso compatible so could not use. There were no pods - not that I expected that. Would be good for the site description to say the brand of coffee machine. WE were warned no vodafone reception only telstra so purchased a telstra sim before going. Well worth it also since there is no wifi except at office.

We have owned and operated 1770 Beach Accommodation and managed Loka Santi onsite for 10 years. Our company is a small boutique holiday management business consisting of a wide range of property from beach cottages, modern apartments, penthouses, beach houses and Bay shacks. We include a good range of pet friendly property and others where you can park a boat. We have something to suite everyone - families, executive stays, fisherman, larger groups, singles, couples, honeymooners, overnight, short term or longer stays, all are welcome. We are more than happy to share the secrets of forty years of family holidays to the area. Our Business strives to promote a personalized friendly service to visitors. Please feel free to have a chat if you need assistance with any information of where to go and things to see. If you are traveling to Agnes Water by Greyhound bus, please remember to call us the day before if you need a lift from the bus station to your property, we will pick you up for free. Situated within the natural surrounds of the dunes, Loka Santi complex provides all the comforts of home with the added touch of luxury. The complex is situated in a quiet street and no roads to cross on the way to the beach. All apartments are fully self contained, unique in design and décor, offering air conditioning, private laundry with washer & dryer, free to air TV in all apartments, heated pool in winter, free underground parking and onsite management. All apartments enjoy their own private balcony with outdoor dining table and chairs, there is also a gas BBQ. A comfortable 100 meter stroll through a flat sand trail leads you directly onto 6 kilometers of pristine surf beach. Guests have the option to book either a *one bedroom + ensuite apartment (2 persons) *two bedroom + ensuite + main bathroom (4 persons) *three bedroom + ensuite + main bathroom (6 persons).

Agnes Water and 1770 is surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea. Along the headlands of 1770 visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks. Enjoying an excellent year round climate and boasting Queensland’s northernmost surf beach, Agnes Water/Town of 1770 has one of the closest departure points to the Great Barrier Reef at Lady Musgrave Island. Close to Lady Musgrave Island and the beautiful Fitzroy Reef, central to all activities in the surrounding area, Loka Santi offers a variety of spacious, open plan apartments to suit your needs. Guests love the quiet ambiance of the laid back Village atmosphere that makes up Agnes Water and the town of 1770. This is where locals embrace all visitors and there is always someone happy to tell new comers where the best places are to enjoy a holiday.
