We loved the location. The views were fantastic and it's only a short walk to the heart of town. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The bed linen and towels/robes were of high quality. It's a beautiful and relaxing house to stay in. Libby, our host was also kind enough to post me some items that I accidentally left behind.

The property was a short walk to the main street but still felt very private. The view from the place was beautiful. The main bedroom bed was very comfy (this is the only one we used) We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the views from the patio!   • Please confirm is this a share house or are we renting the whole house?
    Lotti’s House is a three bedroom/two bathroom home which has been established as a holiday house for guests for many years. The owner lives in a separate apartment which is sometimes also made available for larger groups.

  • Hi just wondering if this is a private facility or share facility with owner of property as privacy and relaxation is what we are looking for
    The house is a three bedroom house with two bathrooms for use of the guests only. The owner has an apartment on the same property but quite separate from guest accommodation.

Lotti's is a family home. You are invited to share its warmth, its art collection, its lovely art deco style. In the historic precinct and only two blocks from the town centre, restaurants and boutique shopping, Lotti's is a perfect place from which to explore this lovely town. At the bottom of the garden, there are chickens to provide you with fresh eggs and Libby provides you with baskets for your walk to the Fresh Market on Saturday. Gourmet teas and coffee are provided, as are basic cooking supplies: spices, salt and pepper, local oil, flour, sugar. The house is cosy in winter with the option of a wood fire or instant gas heating. All linen provided: including sheets, towels, cosy bathrobes.
I live at the back of the house in a modern apartment which has been built to mimic the cottage exterior of the original house. I'm very happy to provide tourism advice, or to deal with any queries you may have.
Lotti's is half way between the town and Mt Clarence: you can walk to the Desert Corps monument and Padre White Look-out on bush tracks, or explore the old town around Mt Clarence on steep and winding streets. There is an English style pub just one block away where you can sit outside in a charming beer garden, or in winter enjoy pub food by an open fired.
