This stunning home enjoys a fabulous location on a beautiful street just under a minute stroll to the Fern Way beach track leading onto Culburra Beach. Lous Folly puts a modern spin on the classic beach cottage. With the larger of two open light filled living areas opening up onto to the sun drenched decks surrounding the in ground saltwater swimming pool you will be spoilt for choice as to where to spend your time relaxing. The master bedroom is the ultimate retreat with plenty of light and space, perfect for relaxing with a book or simply taking some time out. The ensuite is luxurious and private with a large corner bath. There are 3 more generous sized bedrooms at the front of the house, all with built in wardrobes. Lous Folly is serviced by two reverse cycle air conditioners giving comfort all year round. There are also ceiling fans in the main bedroom and a second living area.There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine and many other appliances to make your cooking experience at Lous Folly an easy one. The island bench provides extra space for both seating for meals and food preparation. The washing machine and dryer are hidden away at the end of the kitchen behind bi-fold doors.Whether its a relaxing holiday or a working holiday Lous Folly can cater for you with free WiFi keeping you connected whenever you need and for the sports and movie buff, Foxtel is provided to entertain you. The rear yard is fully fenced and safe for children. The in ground swimming pool is safety compliant with glass and timber panelling surrounding it. Please note the building behind the pool is vacant and not available to guests.
