This immaculate apartment offers a luxurious lifestyle in South Yarra. Situated just moments from Melbourne’s CBD and bustling Chapel St is 30m away. Enjoy boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants and popular nightspots, plus access to trams is on Chapel St. South Yarra train station is only 650m away. The beautifully furnished apartment features ample lounge seating, HiFi stereo, fully functioning kitchen, queen sized bed and modern bathroom. Special offers available for longer term bookings.
Hi I'm married with 4 children and have a 2.5 acre property where I grow Wine grapes and make red and white wine. There are lots of fruit trees at my place and a Veggie garden and all is organically grown. No sprays are used. I enjoy flying and have a Commercial licence and a Flight Instructor Rating. I also love going on holidays and looking after my property and spending time with my family.
The property is in in one of the best locations in Melbourne in a trendy modern area with many restaurants, bars, cinemas, nightclubs, markets and great 'Chapel street' shopping. There are trams out the front door which will take you to St Kilda beach or the city. The train is only two stops to the city. The Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne Park, Etihad Stadium are only one stop by train and is visible from the apartment balcony. The Melbourne Botanical Gardens are walking distance and the Yarra river is a short stroll from the building.
