The property is an easy stroll 2 blocks from Lake Ainsworth, a block to the Bowls Club, a stones throw to 2 x cafes, and an easy stroll to town - just perfect location as we love the lake, but wanted to easily walk to town too. My two tween daughters shared a bedroom, although there's a fold out couch. My husband and I stayed in another room. And my parents came with us.

Room on ground level and accepted dogs - so great for us.
Value could have been better but we did travel in peak season.
Room was clean and modern.
Location was great and central to everything we needed for a short stop over.
Bowling club discount was a great bonus!
Lady let us check in an hour early, which was great given the wet weather.

Liked the quirkiness of the room and the cleanliness of the room. The room had been renovated and the air conditioning was great. The bed and linen were comfortable and check in was made really easy for after hours stays. There was a separate laundry area and kitchen/lounge area with commercial fridge for storing food items and cooking for those staying longer periods.

I will definitely come back to Lennox Head - haven't been there for over 10 years and was surprised by what a cute bustling town it is - less frantic than Byron and still has a nice feel to it. We went to the local pub and to a few of the cafes for coffees and breakfast and also went to the hairdresser there to get ready for a wedding. A great small beach side town with excellent restaurants and coffee shops well above expectations! 7 mile beach is fabulous for walks/runs, swimming, surfing, fishing and even an off leash dog section a bit out of the way of the main beach goers section. In-town IGA has most of what you’ll need but a bit pricey. Woollies 2 kilometres away so you’ll need transport. Perfect location and short walking distance from central Lennox restaurants, boutiques and Beach! Beautifully designed, thoughtfully decorated house. Had all the amenities you could wish for! Extremely comfortable beds and lovely minimal bathrooms! We ate out a lot and would recommend Lex Thai with its yummy delicious food and great service, the iced cream pallor was a hit our boys and coffee shops were varied and very good! The local food store is very expensive and not that well stocked, but a short drive to Woolies and a deli located in the same spot sorted us out perfectly. We loved the beach, which is 10min walk. Also located at the beach is the Kiosk and well worth a visit! We had a beautiful week away with my mum from the UK, she loved it as much as we did thank you!! Very nice town but most things closed by 8.30pm, tried to get a meal at this time on Saturday night and left hungry, all the kitchens were closed. Allow at least 30 minutes for a taxi or uber to arrive, there are not many locally. Especially allow lots of extra time if you are travelling to the airport and check-in online as they don't accept late arrivals. Lennox Head offers beautiful beaches, fascinating rock pools, scenic coastal walks, a variety of cafes and restaurants, a well equipped IGA food store, a variety of different accommodation and quaint little stores, all in close proximity to each other. A large Woolworths store and a few other specialty shops are in a shopping centre that is a short drive from the town centre.

Having lived in Lennox for 30 odd years form my teens we were very familiar with the area. The advantages are close walking distance to everything, beach, Lake, Shops, Restaurants, Bars etc. Surprising the amount of campers sleeping in vehicles along the road sides. Would avoid booking accommodation with no AC in bedrooms and No WIFI. Also insure you get what you pay for accommodation wise.

A very easy stroll to the north finds you in the main street of Lennox. A slightly harder walk to the south up a slight incline takes you to the Pat Morton lookout - which has spectacular views in all directions.
