Great location , different accommodation option was fun. Very close to trams and was quiet at night. Loved having a drink on the back deck looking over the lights of the city. Great for a couples getaway and will definitely be going back.

My partner and I just stayed here for 2 nights and had a blast! We're constantly travelling and have stayed in more hotels than can count, so found it really refreshing to have a unique experience on the boat. Way more fun than your everyday hotel room. Highly recommend!

Not what we expected a luxury boat to be like. Found it cramped and not suitable for people with a sore back and or crook knees as far as the bedding went. After looking at previous reviews, we noted that they were welcomed with complimentary wine and chocolates, and we weren’t.🤔 TV on top deck was not working?? Seating very uncomfortable.

Even though the boat was super clean I would suggest getting a cleaner through the marina facilities more often though, as they were very dusty.

The location was fantastic. It was surprisingly quiet at night even though we were so close to the city.

The bed was too small. Felt like we were crawling into a kennel. Not suitable for elderly or anyone who can’t do steps.

Booked this boat on a trip for my partner's birthday and was horrified at the deliberately misleading description. For starters the toilet needs to be fixed and was filled with a slime from having sat so long without being cleaned. But upon telling the owner about this I was belittled for being "the first person who's ever not known what a marine toilet was". I've used a marine toilet before. The waste tank was not emptying properly and waste is backflowing into the bowl when flushed. I asked the owner about another review from nearly a year ago that reported the same issue and he explained to me that it was just "a whinging pom" which I found inappropriate, highly unprofessional and a little racist. The Melbourne City Marina facilities are listed as included with the stay, and toilets pictured are here. They are not included and would told would be an extra $100 a night. Without purchasing the marina facilities you literally will not have a towel for your stay. My partner and I had to go buy one for $15 from Costco. The location is extremely average, good for a boat I suppose but the distances the owner lists from attractions are if you are a good enough swimmer to make it across the Yara. On top of this, the continental breakfast listed with the boat was a jug of cereal, some opened jars of spread used by God knows how many people before us, a half drunk carton of long life milk, bread that was mouldy the morning after being opened and closed once quickly, and a few apples. The boat was filthy with dust and hair from previous guests. The empty water jug had mould in it. The ice maker is broken and the ice is from a obviously handled bowl in the freezer. Not that you'd know how to use the ice maker anyway seeing as the owner does not meet you to explain anything, simply wishes you luck finding the boat and tells you to call to give you the code to the marina. The bed was not as comfy as the hotel ones. My back wouldn't let me sleep on it for more than two nights But hey it is a boat. I would say the experience was something you couldn't get from a luxury hotel. Perfect for a short holiday.

The experience was just special. What's better than falling sleep with the sound of waves and waking up with a sunrise?
