The fine print
Please note that there is a 1.84% charge when you pay with a credit card.
Snow skiing
Please note we are not near the snow fields. We are more then 3 hours to the closest snow fields on very dangerous roads during winter. We will ring and suggest staying at other accommodations closer to the snow fields if you intend to ski.
BBQ
A $50 cleaning fee will be charged for unclean BBQs. Guests can decide to clean the BBQ to avoid the charge. If the BBQ is not cleaned to a high standard the credit card will be charged $50. Cleaning products are located in the bathroom cupboard.
Rubbish
You must take any excess rubbish with you that does not fit in the provided bins when you leave. Large bins are located near the main house in the carport.
All lights and heating must be turned off when leaving.
Please inform Magenta Cottage of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
