*NB Partly Airconditioned - Set amongst the trees at the private & peaceful 'no through' end of Maher Terrace this fabulous beach house is in a beautiful location where both the sounds of the bush and the surf can be enjoyed. Relax on the large deck and enjoy the rainforest surrounds, or take a short stroll down Maher Terrace along The Esplanade to the beach. Bi-folds open to the deck from the spacious living areas with timber floors and high ceilings. The kitchen overlooks the sunny tropical resort style pool and entertainment area where you're sure to enjoy a good portion of your time. Watch the kids splash in the shallow edge of the pool whislt you sit back with a cool drink or while cooking up a great Aussie BBQ. The house is elevated from the street front, with the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area all on one level. The laundry combined with the 3rd bathroom are downstairs. This truly is a home where you will feel peaceful, relaxed and motivated to make the most of every single day of your stay. Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate. To avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a clean and tidy manner.
