Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Center is a 7 minute walk away. Each Markham Court apartment comes with a balcony or terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. This allows you to enjoy the great beach lifestyle of the area without missing home comforts. The larger, penthouse-style apartments also feature a wrap-around balcony and bath. The complex is located 5 minutes' drive from the Surfers Paradise entertainment center, Jupiters Casino and the Pacific Fair Shopping Center. Merticon Stadium is a 13-minute drive away.
