I was really impressed with the hotel, the reception staff, the cleaning staff & the scrumptious breakfasts (esp the banana bread with honey butter). Everything about this place was wonderful. We saw most of the grounds & they were beautiful. It was perfectly positioned for our needs as we were going to a wedding at another venue 350m down the road. Saying that, if we ever need to go to the Dandenongs again, this would be our first choice of accommodation.

  • What is the latest check out available?
    This is dependant on the rooms which are coming into the hotel the next night. As we are quite a small hotel and have a very small window of changeover, it would be on a case by case basis. Please contact reception the week of your stay to confirm the latest checkout.

  • is there an iron? can check in time be earlier than 2pm ?- we have a wedding at 2pm and need to get ready… is there a fully refundable option for early cancellation date?
    There is an iron in all rooms. Early check-ins will depend on the day before. Full refunds are only provided due to isolation requirements, all other cancellations are chargeable.

    This is a booking.com policy. We take a non-refundable deposit of $100 per room per day. We will refund if you need to cancel due to coronavirus restrictions. You will pay more through third party websites as opposed to direct with the property.
