MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS PROPERTY. GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A BOOKING FORM PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Delightfully 1970’s the spotless kitchen is central to the open plan upstairs living. Spacious uncluttered bench space. The adjacent dining and living room capture surrounding views across the native treetops to the everchanging skyline and some distant bay glimpses. Solid timber floors make for easy holiday living and the gas heating is super cosy on cooler evenings. Balcony featuring outdoor dining, a gas BBQ. The ground level features a huge rumpus room, a table tennis table and direct access to outdoors. Comfortably accommodating a family of 6 with the additional bonus of a second shower and toilet. The master bedroom offers a double bed while the second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The bedrooms and family bathroom are all located upstairs with a second shower and separate toilet located on the ground floor. Parking for 2-3 cars at the rear of the property. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT SCHOOLIES. Penalties will apply to guests. This property is patrolled by Coastcom security. No smoking and No pets. Linen is not supplied
