Our boutique accommodation has 8 beautiful, fully-self contained villas surrounded by a large BBQ large shaded pool (with toddler section). We offer 3 standard 2 B/R villas and one deluxe 2 B/R. There is a standard 1 B/R, deluxe 1 B/R and Studio 1 B/R. Our largest is a 3 B/R which sleeps 6 . The grounds are secured by a gate code system. The BBQ area has 2 large inbuilt BBQs with an outdoor kitchen attached. All villas have free onsite parking, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The garden area boasts 4 orange trees. All fruits are for our guests to pick and enjoy.
Frith came from a nursing background and Malcolm from a stock-agent's background. They bought the run-down villas in December 2011 which were currently experiencing nil occupancy. They have been continuously renovating over the last 4 years in the hope of 2016 being the year of completion with only general maintenance duties needed from thereon. The team at MHV are dynamic and passionate about the villas, as are the owners. The staff make time for all of the guests and are constantly asking them how to improve the establishment and its services. There have been many changes and renovations made as a result of the feedback provided by guests. Frith and Malcolm's dream is to have holiday accommodation that has families feeling relaxed, comfortable and creating memories that stay with them for a lifetime.
The Mildura Holiday Villas are situated 1.8 km from the Mildura CBD. It is a 5 min drive or a 20-30 min walk to the city and a 10 min walk to the beautiful Murray River. The establishment is located opposite Syd Mills public park offering one of Mildura's senior exercise tracks, complete with a BBQ area and large gardens with a bus stop directly in front. The nearby roads are quiet, especially at night.
