The space Ground Floor The modern kitchen greets you when you enter through the door. The kitchen is stocked with all your culinary needs. There is a stone bench-tops, dishwasher, gas burner cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster and full sized fridge/freezer for your convenience. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Lounge has a 50 inch smart TV, one armchair and a 3-seater sofa bed which can easily convert to a double sized bed. Pillows and quilts are kept inside sofa bed storage. A small bathroom is located on this level for guests to use. First Floor Bedroom 1 - has a double-sized bed, two bedside tables, build-in wardrobe and a full sized bathroom equipped with heated lights and glass encased rain shower. Bedroom 2 - has a double-sized beds, built in wardrobe and bedside table with night lamps. A full-sized bathroom is just outside the second bedroom. A 10kg washing machine and a cloth dryer is available to use in the laundry room. Iron and iron board are stored in that room too. One single garage is in the house. Two visitor parking spots are located directly opposite the garage. Guest access There is a lockbox for self check-in.

Walk distance to Lawson natural reserve. 3 minutes drive to AIS, Lake Ginninderra, Belconnen Westfield.
