We both liked the open spacious room which was very clean and bed so comfortable.The twin showers were fabulous. We were surprised how lovely and quiet it was at night.I Although it wasn't self contained, there was a kettle, toaster and microwave, plus plates, cups, wine glasses etc.Plenty of equipment to have breakfast and the occasional meal.

  • My question is are we sharing a house with the owners or is it stand alone and our own space and we have the cottage to ourselves
    The front house where the owner lives is attach to the studio through a long hall a door that is lock at all times so there isn’t any contact with guests staying in the studio and the studio has an independent entrance, garden and parking

  • Hi, My girlfriend and I are looking to book this cute home stay. We just wanted to know if we would be refunded our money if a covid outbreak were to occur and we were unable to travel down south? Thanks, Christian

  • hello does no smoking include outside on terrace??
    Hi there! It’s ok to smoke on terrace just not in the room as we have a fire alarm install that could be sensitive if someone smokes in the room but all good in terrace

  • Hi there - yes they have their on bed and won't bark! Just looking for 2 night stay and we will be bringing them out all day with us! onleads outside

Well presented Unit in the heart of Margaret River, immaculate, cosy away from traffic the perfect place if you look for a get away to relax and sit back in the sun!
We are an easy going couple with kiwi Peruvian background. Matt is a FIFO electrician and Mayra is a life coach and cook! We live in Margaret river since 2008 after been living in London for a while finishing studies there. We are family orientated and we love getting to know people.
Very quite neighborhood close to restaurants, supermarket, wineries and beaches!
