Situated in the prestigious Freshwater Place Apartment, this expansive apartment offers a combination of comfort and convenient retreat while you work, relax, or discover the city with spectacular unobstructed view of the Melbourne iconic Yarra River and the city skyline.

Located at Melbourne prestigious entertainment and business complex, situated just south of Melbourne's central business district. Other than business trip, guests should enjoy dining on 5 stars rated water front restaurant or maybe try their luck and hit the Casino. The neighbourhood is a home to several iconic landmarks, such as the Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex, the Eureka Tower, and the Melbourne Arts Centre. There are plenty of green spaces nearby, including the Royal Botanic Gardens, Alexandra Gardens, and the Yarra River.
