Mungo is in a very remote area and arriving at this lodge was a breath of fresh air. The cabins were very comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and professional and the food outstanding.

Felt like at home, staff are professional and well trained.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant had a decent selection of vegetarian options and the service was excellent. Our boys loved the pool table. We did the sunrise tour with a park ranger and learned a lot about the incredible Aboriginal experiences and history of that land.

Extremely comfortable bed. Cabins had front and rear decking which provided the opportunity to sit and watch the sun come up and the sunset in comparative comfort.

The room was adequately furnished and quite comfortable. There was furniture on the patio and a seating area in the room with two comfortable chairs and a small table. The bed was comfortable and an extra blanket was available which we used. Tea and coffee and a kettle were provided. The dinner meal was ok and the waitresses were pleasant and attentive.

Friendly helpful staff. Close to mungo park. Clean and comfortable.

The location is good for making a visit to walls of China.

It's an amazing place for a get away from city life. Emu, kangaroos, historical places around and chance to see a full moon. It is worth the price.

Sunset tour is a must do! The food at Mungo Lodge was delicious and reasonably priced.

The Lodge is only a short drive to the Mungo Visitor Centre. The cabin was nicer than I expected with a great little veranda out back. Unfortunately no wifi or cell coverage but they do have TV. The restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price considering their location.

Hello, as 2 parents & 18 yr old we would like to stay in the one cabin, but there is no option for this. Is there sofa bed or extra bed option? ThankHi, We can accommodate a third person in the cabin with a rollaway bed for an additional $70. As we are very busy currently I would highly recommend booking sooner rather than later. Thank you.
