  • are there any steps for entry ,would this property suit older person on walker
    There is a total of 4 x steps to enter past the front door. My property is NOT suitable for a walker as the Townhouse is compact inside. There are 14 steps to first floor inside the home. My property is NOT suitable for walkers or disability persons.

  • Is there allocated parking with the unit?
    Car Parking is ONLY for one single SMALL car. Not Utes. Not Caravans. Not Trailers. Not SUV's. No Storage allowed. Otherwise Street Parking which is 2 x hours during the day up to 6 pm Monday to Friday. Saturday till 12.30pm. Free Parking on Sunday.

    Narrabeen is a beach suburb with sea breezes 24/7. Temperatures 5 - 10 degrees cooler than other suburbs. Double Brick Building, Double Glazing on Windows, Block Out Curtains, Room Cooler, Ceiling Fans. Pre Pay 24 hours of sent Invoice at 50% Fee.

Guests feed back include: * Homely, comfortable and clean. * Convenience to Shops, Bus, Beach, Cafe's @ 100m. * Quiet inside home to traffic outside. * Local Activities close by at 2 minutes including Surf Beach, Lake and Children's play Ground. * Shopping Centers and Movie House at 5 min drive away. * Grocery Store at 250m. **** PLEASE NOTE: CAR SPACE UNDER THE COMPLEX IS ONLY FOR A SMALL CAR. Otherwise there is Street Parking. **** PLEASE NOTE: Due to Insurance on the property all Guests are to provide a Passport and / or a Drivers License to the Host on arrival for Identification purposes. **** PLEASE NOTE: No animals to enter the Property and these include your friends or family who visit are to leave their pet animal OUTSIDE on the Front Porch. **** PLEASE NOTE: No Bicycles or Surf Boards to enter the property. My name is Elizabeth and I provide Short Term Holiday Rental at my Rental Home since 2000. Meeting new people and welcoming return Guests to my home is a very satisfying experience for me. I also enjoy travel within Australia with my Family. Luckily I have 3 x Grand Children which provide me with great joy and happiness. **** Please Note: On your arrival I provide an Orientation of the rental home to you. This is due to my Insurance and is compulsory. This takes less than 1 x hour and it is a good time to share information. This also helps you to settle in quicker to your new environment. **** PLEASE NOTE: On your arrival I check the wheels on the Luggage on the Front Porch for dirt, grease and dog poo and broken wheels and sharp metal. As I have new carpet I do not want to damage this. A quick inspection can save a lot of damage. **** PLEASE NOTE: For Guests who stay more than 1 x week, I visit you and inside the property weekly to say Hello and to get your feed back. This is a sharing time when items can be fixed up or replaced. Due to my Insurance this is mandatory and only takes a short time. **** PLEASE NOTE: For Guests who make an Accommodation Booking for 2 x people only, the Second Bedroom is LOCKED. No other Guests are allowed to sleep over night. If the Second Bedroom is needed for a particular reason please let me know. Communication saves distress for you and me. Please be aware that the Insurance Policy I have means that if you book the home for 2 x people then the Insurance is for 2 x people, only. If additional Guests stay overnight, then no one is Insured as you have invalidated the Insurance Policy.
Narrabeen is a fabulous place to stay as it is a holiday area. Plenty of activities within the area. Sporting Clubs, Shopping Centers, Cinemas, Views / Scenery of the Pacific Ocean at 100m, The Narrabeen Lakes located 600m away etc. Going for a swim in the Surf. Golfing at the Golf Range or Public Golf Courses. Fabulous Food including - Thai, Indian, Mexican, Chinese, Coffee Houses, Pizza, Fish and Chips and the Chicken Shop just down the street. Local Bus ( blue bus) to Manly. Bus Number - 199. Travels every 20 mins to Manly. Fast Bus ( yellow bus) called the B1 to the City of Sydney every 12 to 15 minutes. No need for a car. The B1 Bus Service - double decker bus coloured Yellow to Sydney or Central Business District is frequent at 12 minutes and takes 40 minutes only one way. Accessing the Bus via Visa Card is OK.. No need to hire a car when staying at the Narrabeen Townhouse as you can catch the Bus to Manly via the Blue Bus Number 199. Walking to the Bus Stop is about 600m away. The local Woolworth's is 250m away with the BWS (Beer, Wine, Spirits) next door. The Narrabeen Lakes are close by at 600m for Fine Dining and Cafe's and Walks around the Lakes. At the Narrabeen Lakes you can go Boating as the Boating Hire Shop is situated at the side of the Complex. PLEASE NOTE: The Car Space under the Complex is only for a SMALL CAR, otherwise there is Street Parking. Many Guests try and park their larger car in the garage area and damage their car and damage the property. Many Guests Park in someone else's spot. This is the WRONG thing to do, and the other Owners get angry. Please be aware that if you park in the wrong area then this is trespassing. **** Please Note: Guests x 2 Guests only. The 2nd Bedroom is LOCKED. PLEASE NOTE: The Narrabeen Townhouse Information Guide document is available as a quick Check List for you. Every thing you need to know about this rental home.
