Our spacious home is just a short walk from the beach and local shops, making it ideal for family vacations. Nestled in a family-friendly neighbourhood, it offers a peaceful retreat. Please note NO PARTIES are allowed at the property. Our little oasis features a sparkling pool and a relaxing hot spa. The tropical yard invites you to unwind and relax during your stay. Our pet-friendly property welcomes your furry friends, making your vacation stress-free. With plenty of space for families or groups, this home is designed for comfort and relaxation. With a beach-style vibe, this home offers comfort and relaxation for everyone. Experience the ultimate blend of convenience and serenity in this beautiful retreat. THE PROPERTY * Flat walking distance to The Newport, Newport shops and Beach. * Walking distance to the bus stop that takes all the way into the City and also Palm Beach. * Plenty of entertainment - Pool, Spa Bath, Games, Basketball, Ping Pong Table. * Fireplace for the cold seasons. * Grassy area and secured, closed backyard. * Double lock-up garage. * Friendly and quiet neighbourhood. THINGS TO NOTE We will treasure your staying with us. Our property is designed for comfort and tranquillity, allowing you to enjoy your time freely. Here are a few important guidelines regarding the pool and jacuzzi to ensure both safety and enjoyment: * Pool Maintenance Due to surrounding trees, the pool may have leaves that need to be cleaned during your stay. To maintain cleanliness, the guests will need to place the pool vacuum robot in the water daily. Instructions are supplied. * Jacuzzi Care The Jacuzzi must be covered when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness. A chemical treatment must be applied after each day's use. We will provide instructions for this procedure. These simple procedures are in place for your safety and to enhance your experience. If these guidelines do not pose any inconvenience, we are thrilled to welcome you to our oasis.
