This holiday home has plenty of room for the whole family with a very large bedroom and ensuite upstairs, and spacious living area downstairs. Take a short stroll to Dicky Beach, just a few metres up the road, or walk to Dicky Beach surf club. A few minutes drive away is the Caloundra CBD with a number of shops and restaurants to choose from and also a little further up the road, the famous Caloundra RSL. Whether it's a relaxing beach holiday that you are after, or a little more excitement, the Sunshine Coast and this particular location has everything you could want for the perfect holiday. The lounge room consists of one 3 seater and one 2 seater couch, 51cm television, DVD player and ceiling fan. The dining room consists of a dining table to suit 6. The kitchen consists of a dishwasher, micowave, fridge, oven, cook top and all cooking utensils. The main bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, ceiling fan, 2 seater couch, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and an ensuite with shower and toilet. The main bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and ceiling fan, bedroom 2 has a single bed and built in wardrobe and bedroom 3 has 3 single beds, a ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and pedestal f

Not the prettiest home in the street but there is plenty of room for everyone. Our very special beach shack!!! A few minutes drive away is the Caloundra CBD with a number of shops and restaurants to choose from and also a little further up the road, the famous Caloundra RSL. Whether it's a relaxing beach holiday that you are after, or a little more excitement, the Sunshine Coast and this particular location has everything you could want for the perfect holiday.
