Our Apartment is in the Main Street of the Beautiful Sawtell Village where you have Direct Pedestrian Access to Cafés, Restaurants, Shops and Local Food Outlets. A Short 150 metre Stroll will take you to the Main Beach of Sawtell where Surfers can Enjoy Catching an Early Wave or Kids can Enjoy Exploring the Rockpools. Features included in our 2-bedroom Apartment are Fully Ducted Air Conditioning, Video Intercom from Apartment to the Main Entry, Secure Car Parking and a Secure Lift Access. Our Apartment has been designed for Open Plan Living with the Indoor Living Areas leading to a Covered Outdoor Balcony, Integrating the Indoor and Outdoor Areas seamlessly with Automatic Blinds to give you that Extra Privacy. The Design Incorporates a Modern Kitchen with Stone Bench Tops, Bosch Appliances, The Master Bedroom has a BIR, En-Suite, Private Outdoor Balcony and is fitted with a Queen Bed and Smart T.V. Bedroom two has a BIR, with king Single Beds and a Smart T.V. There are options to make this into a King Bed if two couples are sharing the apartment.
Welcome to our home! We have lived in the area from 1999, & do say we think we are locals. We love to show off our little bit of paradise, their are amazing places in our back yard. Our area is very family friendly, the kids will have a great time here. We hope to see you one day soon!
Dorrigo- where you can head off the the National Park, has amazing walks & waterfall's Bellingen- the town itself, is like going back in time, it is a great day trip, driving through beautiful rolling green fields into the valley following the Bellingen River, Jetty - There are beautiful walks along the jetty strip, if you are looking for a great view looking back over coffs harbour complete the mutton bird island walk. It is also a great spot for whale watching. There are plenty of bike paths, kids parks, bbq facilities and places to have a drink and eat in this area. Boambee Bay – The prefect sheltered spot out of the wind with a beautiful creek to swim in, a kids park, BBQ facilities, a café and amenities block. They have stand up paddle boards and canoe hire available. Coffs Creek - If you are here on a Friday night through summer and feel like an outdoor food truck picnic experience head into coffs creek twilight markets, prefect for the kids with a beautiful view of the creek and mutton bird island.
