The breakfast was excellent. Well cooked and plentiful

Very amenable hosts. Nice location. Walk to ferry and just around the corner from a good selection of dining choices Excellent breakfasts Hosts allowed me to murder some tunes on their Steinway (learned to play by ear so not used to using my fingers)

This was exactly what I needed. Peace and quiet whilst completing studies and a training course. Whilst I didn't get to enjoy the gardens they are gorgeous. The house and rooms are impeccable. Whilst my stay was purely for work and study I didn’t have a lot of interaction with the hosts, however what I did have was helpful and polite. They knew I was there for work and clearly respected that, however I suspect if you wanted a chat they’d be more than happy too. Throughout my stay - 10 days they were always checking in to see if I needed a top up on tea bags and towels etc (which after such long days was so nice to come home and not have to think about those things) You won’t be disappointed if you stay here

Beautiful Queenslander home. Peter and Eva are the very friendly owners who made us feel very welcome in their home. Clean, tidy, comfortable room with lovely ensuite. The breakfast was exceptional - fresh tasty and delicious! Close to great coffeeshop, gourmet supermarket, restaurants and cinemas. Ten minute easy walk to Citycat ferry service.

Peter Met us and welcomed us to his 'home'. Lovely decor, interesting trinkets, welcoming host and great location (for us). Unfortunately we missed out on having breakfast at #12, WE and host (Peter) where disappointed by this, but we'll come back to check it out!

The hosts were wonderful and looked after us exceptionally.

The hosts were awesome. Breakfast fit for a King. Bed so comfy. 5 min walk to ferry service. Not far from airport. Very homely, welcoming and sophisticated . Faultless. Definitely will use them everytime we're in Brisbane.

Breakfast was excellent. Peter and Eva were very welcoming and helpful in every aspect.

So good to have breakfast served - and very nicely done indeed!

The ambiance of the house is very zen and hard to find anywhere else. Peter and Eva were such lovely hosts and did their utmost to make us feel at home. Must be the best place to stay in Brisbane.

Built in 1907 and located 1.9 miles from the heart of Brisbane city, Number 12 B&B offers rooms furnished with antique pieces. It is just 0.9 miles from the dining and shopping on Oxford Street in Bulimba.
Guests can relax on the front verandah and enjoy the surrounds of the beautifully manicured gardens or enjoy the period features of the dining room whilst eating your afternoon tea or home cooked breakfast.
Each room includes a private en suite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and radio. Bathrobes and homemade treats are also offered. Free WiFi is offered.

B&B Number 12 is 8 minutes’ drive from Fortitude Valley. The RNA Showgrounds and City Botanic Gardens are both a 10-minute drive away. Suncorp Stadium is 15 minutes’ drive.

Built in 1907 this gracious old Queenslander is located 3 km from the heart of Brisbane City, just a couple of minutes walk to lovely restaurants, cafes, cinemas and parks; and Oxford Street Precinct is just a short stroll to bustling bars, pub ,restaurants, cafes and shops. Sit on the front verandah and enjoy the luxury and surrounds of the beautiful gardens of this property. All rooms and quests areas are furnished with period and antique furniture and brass beds bringing you back in time to Victorian and Edwardian splendour. This boutique B&B has only four rooms each furnished to a different thyme with fully restored antique Brass and Iron beds. All rooms have their own private bathroom amenities and beautiful garden views. Whether having afternoon tea on the verandah or breakfast in the patio Number 12 is a great place for relaxation and timeless accommodation when you're in Brisbane for business or simply a getaway. Great restaurants ,cafes and bars are within a 2 minute walk from the property and the ever popular Oxford Precinct with its trendy shops and restaurants is only one km away. There are also cinemas and a cineplex only a few minutes walk to Hawthorne Road. Lovely parks are only 3 minutes walk. Access to the city via the City Cat is just a 5 minute stroll along the tree lined Malcolm street to the terminal and a 15 minute journey to the city and the South Bank precinct with Museums, Gallery of Modern Art, Performing Arts Centre and trendy restaurants.
