Clean , cozy and well equipped apartment with an amazing view. Free Tram is available in this area and it is just right next to the property.👍

Loved the location, very convenient for us not too congested with people and vehicles. Tram stop out the front parks for the kids to play in good coffee locations and shops Best location I haves stay in for a long time Very happy

the exceptional views, the apartment and facilities, aircon/heating, very clean, location was good but there are no cafes open on a Sunday within 1km walking distance.

The location and quality of facilities was outstanding

Convenience. Tram stop for 11 and 48 is within a minute's walk and Woolworths is probably 300m or so away. Apartment was very clean when we moved in. It is also fairly new, My guess is it was probably completed 2 to 3 years ago Very quiet. Kitchen is well stocked with essential cookware and tableware. Provision of cleaning equipment like mop and bucket. This is important for our almost month long stay as no housekeeping was provided due to covid. Great views, overlooking the harbour. We could even see fireworks on two nights during the F1 week.

My room apartment has everything we needed. Good space of kitchen and living room, with TV and Netflix subscription. Everything felt clean and tidy, except the floor when we first checked-in. But Mr Zu, the agent back then, was very responsive when we asked him to send someone to help clean the room so we’re happy with that. The apartment was on the 4th floor and catched such a beautiful view of the harbour, especially during sunset. And the location was so convenient because it’s so close to tram 11/48 line that can give you ride to the heart of Melbourne CBD for free because it’s within the Free Tram Zone. All in all, it was a perfect staycation escape for our family.

The view was amazing. During the day we had the boats and water in the harbor and at night we had the night lights across the harbor which were equally breathtaking.

Great place to stay and enjoy Melbourne dockland view. Room is exceptional with great view of dockland, water and city landscape.

Great location with good view. It has all the things we needed. Close to shops, public transport and car park down stairs.

Location was absolutely perfect, and the scenery was lovely overlooking the harbour.
